Shallots (Allium cepa aggregatum)

In 1997 TOP also started cultivating seedling shallots. We have built up a wealth of experience in cultivation, storage and processing of these products.
As of 2005 we now cultivate our shallot production exclusively in Northern France. The soil in this area is the perfect type for shallot cultivation, thus ensuring a quality product.
The loamy soil is yellowish in colour, thereby helping to guarantee the perfect colour.
